Great Weekend for Fitness Health Awareness Campaign
From May to October 2010, with the kind support of Lembaga Promosi Kesihatan Malaysia, we ran a meaningful five-and-a-half-month health campaign. It featured four engaging health talks and 38 energising weekend exercise sessions. Participants also received health checks before and after the programme to track their progress. We were grateful to welcome 112 participants—exceeding our target of 100—with an encouraging average attendance of 70%. At the closing event, we celebrated achievements with joyful hearts by presenting cash prizes to the top three winners of the health quiz and to the top three participants who achieved the greatest weight loss.

The campaign aimed to inspire 1,000 members of the public—especially our youths—to express their love and gratitude for our nation by donating blood in celebration of Malaysia’s 50th Merdeka Day.
